Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor as well as a model. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career when she was just 16 years old, and she gave up the sport of gymnastics. She was awarded her Professional Card just one year later at age 17. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. She started competing in fitness shows at the age of 16, following the end of her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. At the age of 17 years old, she earned her Professional Card within a year. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now the oldest IFBB Pro. Ariel left the stage for the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. Her return to competition in 2015 was an extension of previous performances, in which she took part in elite competitions such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She continued to compete throughout the years following her debut show setting higher targets for herself every year. At the end 2009 she was the winner of several fitness awards. In addition, she was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) after she took home in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel Ariel Ariel took the time off for six years from competing when she earned her pro-card to finish her college education. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut was at the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. This meant that she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she was on stage at the Olympia in which she won 6th place for the Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel states that she was more than proud of her performance. Considering she was battling against best of the best. Ariel is always improving her body. Ariel loves to work out her back. Her typical back workout consists of bent-over rows, single arm lat pull-downs with a machine. and seated rows. In the beginning, she is warm and then moves on to her working sets. Ariel also Ariel prefers to utilize her time the best way is possible. Her routine for back exercises is comprised of 3 or more supersets, each comprising 10-12 repetitions.
